did we have an issue?
i was here 5-7 minutes ago and got a teh trouble notice, i guess you got notification, linda and chris, cuz i tried 3xs and each time it said it was notifiying tech.

Rackspace did some kind of update and it caused the database to error out. All of our sites were down.
 I would have said something ahead of time but I didn't know it was coming. Hopefully it's all over with now.
