Depending on how this goes.... I can do that too.

Wondering if there is a limit to the "size" of the PM?
I could make everyone's address standarized -- along one line double spaced.

Something to think about...
PM me (Toystory) if you want to sign up!

Your call, your job...
But I would be inclined to stick with the Word Doc attachment, 99% of the folks can open that, and it allows you to make all edits on your PC rather than in a PM. For those few who cannot open the attachment a followup PM can be done.

As far as address format, I would favor sticking with standard format, with one line for Name, another for Street, then City, State Zip, etc... Trying to make them all one line could cause word wrap at different places, which might make it confusing and hard to read the addresses.

Thanks for being a Volunteer, and you don't even live in Tenn...

Jolene, you might want to ask beffers exactly what she did and how she went about it.

I know she matched up Secret Santas together, so it's more involved than the card exchange. I think she did it via a blind pick. I can't really remember, but I know I wasn't able to get involved with it before on the planning end of it.

I won't get involved again either, but if there is something I can do to help, I will do so, if possible.

Great help.... I just thought I would do a database type format....
but see your point....and appreciate the answer.
PM as second option is great.

Right....and not planning on moving to Tenn. either

Here is the thread for the card exchange.

If there is a gift swap, that will be done separately.

nascarandbeans has volunteered to be the Secret Santa coordinator. She'll start a new thread here as soon as she has her reindeer in a row.

Thanks Jolene!

Johannah, if you send the info as a word docoument attached to the email I'm sure as Brad mentioned it will work for most. However, another thought is to convert it to a pdf document and I would guess that will work for most since adobe acrobat reader is a free download. I have the complete acrobat package, so I can convert it to pdf really easily if you need me to do that (if you don't have adobe acrobat). You can either send me your word document first and I can convert it and you can send to everyone as a pdf document, or you can do it afterwards for those who need. Anyway, it's another thought. I think either of these options is better than putting the big list in a pm.

Thanks for the info Judy...yes -- we too can make pdf's here --- and do it everyday for customer's art files so they can see what their finished CD will look like.....another good idea !
